Supply Chain Journey - 3Ws

Why I’m Starting This Supply Chain Blog

The supply chain is all around us. It’s how groceries reach stores, how your online orders arrive, and how companies run smoothly behind the scenes.

I’ve always found it fascinating — this big system that connects people, products, and places. But I never really thought I’d be writing about it, until now.

🌍 My Story So Far

I worked in supply chain roles overseas for several years. But after moving to Canada, I realized how different the system is here. New tools, new rules, and different ways of working.

So I decided to start this blog. Not as an expert — but as someone who’s still learning, adapting, and figuring things out.

✍️ What This Blog Is About

This blog is my way of sharing what I’m learning. I’ll talk about how supply chain works in Canada, what tools companies use, and how I’m building my career from the ground up.

Along the way, I’ll also share challenges, job tips, and honest reflections.

Here’s what I plan to write about:

  • How supply chain jobs work in Canada
  • Tools like ERP, WMS, and TMS — and how I’m learning them
  • Warehouse operations and inventory basics
  • Sustainability and what “green logistics” means here
  • My personal journey — the wins, setbacks, and lessons

🚧 From Overseas Experience to Local Skills

One of the biggest challenges for newcomers is this: even if you have years of experience, it doesn’t always count the same here. That’s tough. I’ve felt it too.

But it doesn’t mean we have to start from zero. We just need to learn how to connect what we already know to what’s needed in this market.

This blog is part of how I’m doing that — by staying active, learning in public, and sharing my progress.

🔗 Join Me on This Journey

I don’t have all the answers. But I’m curious, determined, and open to learning. If you’re in supply chain, trying to break in, or just interested in how things move — this blog is for you.

Thanks for being here. Let’s grow together.
